30+ year banker and Vice President Iva Heath has a solid background in all areas of banking as well as a General Banking Degree.  She additionally honed her communication skills with a 5 year stint at a local Aeronautical School with the added benefit of obtaining her private pilot license.

Iva describes herself best,

"I belong to the Optimist Club and have been active in the Community YMCA and the Rotary Club.  I enjoy gardening, antiquing, and art, and am a self motivated person who has always been eager to learn.  I am interested in and like communicating with people of all ages, races, and cultures, so I have thoroughly enjoyed my banking career.  My banking experience began in an independent bank, much the same as RiverBend,  where people were people and not just numbers.  I am happy to be part of a bank where we still treat people this way. We know their names, their kids, and sometimes their account numbers.  They are our friends as well as our customers.  Its great to be able to come to work not only because you have to, but because you like it."
