Receivable Factoring Under this program the Bank
actually purchases your receivable on an as needed basis.
Benefits include our credit department researching "credit
worthiness" of your receivable, and monitoring the invoices
and collection while assisting your cash flow as your need
arises. Not only are you able to regulate your cash flow, but
you have the added benefit of our credit and collection
department.
Accounts
Receivable/Inventory Loan Lines of Credit This program affords a company a
working capital line of credit secured by current assets. The
line is referred to as a revolving line of credit. The Bank
sets a ceiling on this line and you draw and pay back in concert
with the timing differentials between payables and
receivables. |

Small Business
Administration Loans RiverBend Bank is
happy to offer this service enabling many small businessmen to
obtain financing who otherwise might not qualify for a conventional
commercial loan due to factors such as length of time in business,
type of collateral, or adequate proven cash flow to service
the debt.

Equipment
Financing This type of loan is used for
the purchase of equipment and is repaid out of monthly income.
Typical terms are financing 80 percent of the purchase price
for a period of three to seven years. Loans are available at
both fixed rate or floating rates, with a floating rate generally
indexed to the current Prime Rate as established by the bank.

Interim construction lending for Commercial and
Residential property Short term loans for
the purpose of funding building costs as they are incurred on new
construction of both commercial and residential properties. Loan is
paid at or before maturity from proceeds of permanent
financing.
Commercial Mortgages Loans on commercial real property with terms up to 20 years and
maximum loan to value of 80%. Rates are typically fixed for, and then
re-priced every 5 years, however other variable rate options may be
considered.
