Commercial/SBA Loans

George Chaggaris, President

Accounts Receivable Factoring
Under this program the Bank actually purchases your receivable on an as needed basis.  Benefits include our credit department researching "credit worthiness" of your receivable,  and monitoring the invoices and collection while assisting your cash flow as your need arises.  Not only are you able to regulate your cash flow, but you have the added benefit of our credit and collection department.

Accounts Receivable/Inventory Loan Lines of Credit
This program affords a company a working capital line of credit secured by current assets.  The line is referred to as a revolving line of credit.  The Bank sets a ceiling on this line and you draw and pay back in concert with the timing differentials between payables and receivables.

Small Business Administration Loans
RiverBend Bank is happy to offer this service enabling many small businessmen to obtain financing who otherwise might not qualify for a conventional commercial loan due to factors such as length of time in business, type of collateral, or adequate proven cash flow  to service the debt.

Equipment Financing
This type of loan is used for the purchase of equipment and is repaid out of monthly income.  Typical terms are financing 80 percent of the purchase price for a period of three to seven years.  Loans are available at both fixed rate or floating rates, with a floating rate generally indexed to the current Prime Rate as established by the bank.
